On January 22, 2017 USPS postage rates will go into effect, but the good news is that the increases in mail classes used most by fundraising organizations are nominal. For marketing mail, there’s an average 2.3% increase (letters +2.0% and flats +2.5%). Those who tend to mail at First Class rates will also see a slight increase.
